Electronics Warehouse Technician

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate must be able to enter received shipments details into spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and then put the received materials into the proper locations in the warehouse.   

  • Assembly skills require ability to pull the appropriate inventory items and use small tools to assemble and create subassemblies and products.  Some soldering experience would be beneficial but not required.

  • Organization skills are a must, to be able to identify products, place into and out of inventory, and spotting low inventory levels.  Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Work with other team members in a small business environment

  • Warehouse and inventory experience

  • Microsoft Office and/or Google equivalent

  • Well-organized with record keeping skills

  • Identify and label products and inventory components

  • Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. boxes

  • Dexterity to use tools and handle small parts


Compensation:

  • $18 to $22 per hour depending on skills and qualifications

  • Regular business hours - 7:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday

Customer Service Bookkeeper

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey

About Orban: Orban Labs, a world leader in professional audio technology, is looking for motivated and experienced customer service bookkeeper.  Orban is a fast-paced operation with locations around the world and an EEOC employer located in Pennsauken, NJ.

 

Responsibilities: Combines financial record-keeping with customer interaction, requires strong bookkeeping skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach to handle inquiries and resolve issues related to sales, unit repairs, and financial transactions.  

Bookkeeping:

  • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments

  • Process accounts payable and receivable

  • Manage payroll and related taxes

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

 

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances

  • Resolve billing disputes and process refunds

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding sales and support issues

Other Duties:

  • Prepare financial reports and statements

  • Assist with tax filings and compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

  • Assist with inventory management or budget tracking 

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Quickbooks, Netsuite, AccountEdge or similar accounting software

  • Microsoft Office and/or Google equivalent

  • Work with other team members in a small business environment

  • Well-organized with strong record keeping skills

  • Real-time problem solving

 

Compensation:

$22 to $28 per hour depending on skills and qualifications
Regular business hours – 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday
